Hello and welcome to Tutorial Tuesday. Today we have a clever technique using Bazzill, that will add texture and dimension to your layouts.
"Bazzill cardstock is strong enough to be wet and shaped, in to wonderful shapes like curtains and banners."
Products Used:
Bazzill Basics Cardstock:
8-808E Vanilla
8-850E Fawn
10-1029D Elephant
5-511E Hillary
Spellbinders:
S5-078 Persian Accents
S4-328 Foliage
S5-086 Bitty Blossoms
S5-058 Ironworks Accents
S4-356 Floral Ovals
Other Materials Used:
Other Materials Used:
Chip corner and phrase
White glitter
Liquid pearls
Pearl strip
Gold embossing Powder
Crystals
Crème De Rouge & Pearl Glimmer Mist
Gesso
Fancy work floss
Prima paper
Chipboard
Step One:
Cut cardstock to the approximate shape you need it.
Step Two:
Spritz the cardstock with water liberally
Step Three:
Shape the cardstock with your fingers to form pleats and folds, be careful not to overwork the cardstock as it can tear and pill.
Step Four:
Dry the cardstock while shaped, use your
fingers to adjust as it dries.
Once dry you can spritz with any colour glimmer
mist to colour it, or use it as is
